Hello! I am offering saxophone and beginning clarinet lessons to any student or player looking to improve their performance and knowledge of music. I am a graduate of Carleton University's Bachelor of Music program, and currently play around Ottawa in various groups. Through 17 years of performing and 13 years of both private and group teaching I have developed a knowledgeable and variable approach to assessing the needs of individual students and helping them towards their musical goals. I am passionate about music and encourage students to develop their musical skills and tastes. Whether for school classes, bands, auditions, or just personal enjoyment, I can tailor a program to suit the student, and teach them the fundamental principles of music and their instrument.
