JOIN THE FIGHT The Canadian Cancer Society is Looking for Volunteer Drivers in the Sault Ste Marie and Algoma District. You can fight cancer by becoming a volunteer driver with the Canadian Cancer Society in Sault Ste. Marie. Sometimes simply getting to treatment can be a difficult task, especially when the treatment center is far away or when dealing with physical or financial challenges. Volunteer drivers offer friendly support and kindness at a time when it is needed the most. As a volunteer driver you'll pick up clients from their homes and help them along their journey to their cancer related appointments. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life, share your experiences and learn new skills. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
