Hi there; I have a large, top floor, attractive two bedroom apartment to share with a male or female who is quiet, is okay with cats, and does not smoke. Rent includes Hi-Speed WiFi, Bell Fibe TV and all utilities. Parking if needed, would be extra. Laundry is located in the building, amenities are within walking distance and buses are convenient. For those of you with a car the parking lot is just outside the back door and the 417 is very close. Your room has a very large closet with lots of storage space, large window with lots of light, dark curtains, hardwood floors, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, and is available partly or fully furnished . I am a hospital based shift worker which is why a quiet roommate is essential. I am also a vegetarian but you don't need to be. It is because of allergies you must be a 100% non-smoker (of anything!). I am also very neat, clean, and straightforward. Lastly, I love animals but my indoor cats have laid down their paws and said 'no more cats'. We negotiated though and they agree to play nice with other pets!!!
