Description: Management position in Mississauga providing personalized service to Union and Association members. We are a financial services company looking to change lives. Successful candidates must be willing and able to attend Insurance School online and become an insurance adviser. (Curriculum is very much like a college level online degree.) In the province of Ontario, we have experienced back to back years of 100% growth; as a result we have opened this new division and are looking to fill various positions to help us during our expansion process. This is an "earn while you learn" position. You have the ability to not only learn about the insurance industry but also build management skills you can use in everyday life. By doing so we primarily work with middle income Union Members (UCFW, IBEW, Teamsters, Firefighters etc.) and their families to help activate their supplemental and permanent benefits negotiated through their groups, with personalized programs and the best customer service we can provide. During your training you will learn concepts including, but not limited too; life insurance, accident insurance, cancer insurance, and how to best serve our clients for what type of protection they need throughout life's changes. We will give you all the required training and you won't have to prospect for leads .
