Description: Management position in Mississauga providing personalized service to Union and Association members.
Compensation: First year; $50,000-$60,000 depending on background and qualifications, full union benefits (UNIFOR 247), retirement plan, stock purchase program (Torchmark; TMK).
Here in Mississauga, we are looking to fill a "Manager In Training" position. In the province of Ontario, we have experienced back to back years of 100% growth; as a result we have opened this new division and are looking to fill various positions to help us during our expansion process.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, positive and have a strong sense of integrity. Customer service experience, leadership abilities, a willingness to learn every day, exceptional people skills, plus a desire for personal and professional development is something we look for in each candidate.
There is a strong potential for candidates to grow and advance within our company; based on experience and results some candidates will be selected for a fast track to management program.
