Welcome to the most beautiful neighbourhood in Ottawa! Very spacious and bright room includes two large closets, two extra storage sections an 8 foot tall window with a beautiful view and more. It's gorgeous and must be seen! Dishes, cookware, a high-end entertainment unit and almost anything else you can think of is already setup and ready to share! The bedroom can come with a double sized bed or you can use your own if you wish. I do take very good care of the condo and it really is a wonderful place to live, the pictures speak for themselves. The location is fantastic, in the heart of New Edinburgh, right across from the Rideau River in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a couple blocks from Sussex and the Prime Minister's residence. The main buses are the 3, 1, 7 and 9. Or, if you prefer walking, it is just a short walk from the Market downtown. Right across the road is one of the most beautiful parks in the city and bike paths that give you access to almost the entire city. There are basketball and tennis courts, a baseball field and a great ice rink in the winter. Both the Ottawa and Rideau river are just a few minute walk from the Condo. I also have a canoe which I am happy to share. :) I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible. The condo is generally very well kept. I am a young professional working in the IT industry and live in a fairly quiet atmosphere during the week. I go out of my way to make sure my roommate is happy and comfortable living in the condo and am a pretty great guy to live with!
